Delivery Policy — Medici Books

This Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed with Medici Books.1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders completed and paid for before 12:00pm are usually processed on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm will normally be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
  • During busy periods, seasonal demand, or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Rates & Times

  • United Kingdom (Mainland): Free Standard Delivery on all books. Delivery takes 2–5 working days via Royal Mail.
  • Ireland (Republic of Ireland): Shipping costs a flat rate of €9.50. Delivery takes 3–7 working days via An Post / Royal Mail International.
  • United States: Shipping costs a flat rate of $16.15. Delivery takes 5–10 working days via USPS / Royal Mail International.

3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • For international orders (including United States and Ireland), customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their destination country.
  • Medici Books is not responsible for delays caused by local customs processing or customs clearance procedures.

4. Order Tracking

  • Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • Some international shipping services may not include full tracking.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at medicibooks.mail@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Incorrect Address Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly or incompletely by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Where possible, please include photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution in line with applicable local consumer protection laws.
