Processing Times

• Orders completed and paid for before 12:00pm are usually processed on the same working day.
• Orders placed after 12:00pm will normally be processed on the next working day.
• Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
• During busy periods, seasonal demand, or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Rates & Times

• United Kingdom (Mainland): Free Standard Delivery on all books. Delivery takes 2–4 working days via Royal Mail.
• Ireland (Republic of Ireland): Shipping costs a flat rate of €9.50. Delivery takes 3–7 working days via An Post / Royal Mail International.
• United States: Shipping costs a flat rate of $16.15. Delivery takes 5–10 working days via USPS / Royal Mail International.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For international orders (including the US and Ireland), customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their destination country.
• Medici Books is not responsible for delays caused by local customs processing or customs clearance procedures.
